WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE POLICY CHANGES. ANY CHANGES WILL BE POSTED ON THE WEBSITE AND WILL NOT APPLY RETROACTIVELY.
ORDERING AND SHIPPING
Ordering
- All orders can either be placed on the Internet or via e-mail.
- E-mail orders require that you provide your credit card information for approval.
- We accept orders from and for delivery to all 50 states of the U.S.A. only.
- You will receive an order confirmation after you place your order.
- You are responsible for the information provided to us in your order.
Payment
- Your order must be paid by credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard.
- We do not accept cash, checks, money orders, orders with an APO/AFO address or ship COD.
- By entering your credit card information and submitting your order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the credit card which will authorize us to charge the entire order amount, including shipping and handling charges, to your credit card.
- Payment will be made in full at the time you place your order.
- Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. If you have any questions, please e-mail us. We will respond within 24 hours.
Shipping & Taxes
- All orders, unless otherwise noted for special sales, will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail at a variable rate starting at $7.00, based on both size and weight of the product.
- These fees do not necessarily represent USPS published rates and may include handling charges levied by our company.
- We will ship your order to the shipping address provided to us at the time you placed your order. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS! If a package is sent to an incorrect address and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs. If the error is ours, we will absorb the reshipping costs.
- 2.9% Colorado State Tax will be charged to all orders with a Colorado delivery address.
Out of Stock
- We strive to keep all of our ingredients in stock at all times. Any out-of-stock items will be posted on our website with an approximate delivery date. Please note that we do not create back-orders for any out-of-stock items. If you have any questions, please contact us via e-mail.
Cancellations and Returns
- Once placed, all orders are final and we will ship them.
- Order cancellations will not be accepted. If you refuse to accept delivery, a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs will be charged to your credit card for the amount that is due us. Please ensure that you do want to place the order before you submit it with your credit card information.
- Soap is a personal item. For hygienic principles, we will not accept returns of any products.
- In the event that your product has been damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace the damaged items once you return them to us. We will absorb the reshipping costs.
Invoices
- An invoice will not be included in your shipment. You may print a copy of the invoice when you complete your order online. You will receive the order confirmation via e-mail after you place the order.
Minimum Order
- There is no minimum order.
